Minimum stay

5 nights

Contract

After the request for a booking we will send you a contract. For legal reasons, this contract is in French. We will send you a translation. Only after returning the signed contract (French version) and after receiving the deposit of 30% the reservation becomes binding.

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge up to 11 days before the start of the rental period. In case of cancellation within 10 days before the start of the rental period or early departure during the stay, the full rental amount is owed, except in the following cases: Cancellation due to pandemic, serious health or family reasons.

Notes

  • After arrival we invite you to an aperitif and give you tips and answer questions. The first breakfast incl. homemade tropical jam, fruit juice etc. we provide.
  • On request and by arrangement, we will be happy to cook for you and prepare Creole, French or Asian dishes and we will eat together at our table. 
  • We also organise for you, if you wish, a Barbecue lunch by a river in the rainforest
  • A rental car is essential for your stay in Guadeloupe.
  • As we have a female dog ourselves, we unfortunately cannot accept any other pets.
  • Our neighbors have insight into our property. Therefore, naturism is not allowed.
  • Non-smoking accommodation (except terrace).

Transport

  • There are several daily flights from Paris to Pointe-à-Pitre with Air Caraïbes, Corsair or Air France (flight time 8h). And many other connections to Guadeloupe from international destinations.
  • Car rental at the airport (all major car rental companies are represented there). A car is required for your stay.
  • Travel time from the airport to us 45 minutes.
